Ecotourism.

There was a time in which the man was considered part of the nature, in the nature believed. Realizing that the human being is only other specie of the planet, and not the unique or the most important one. In those times the men don’t have needs to return to the nature, because simply was found immersed in her, was its own life, its own existence the one that depended on her.
With the past of the time the man has been able to satisfy a large quantity of basic needs, that permit him to have a more comfortable life, this has led us to the need of enter in the discovery of the world, therefore not only the tourist industry, but also the tourist echo, has enlarged its level in an alarming production in the last centuries, therefore is indispensable the implementation of better methods and guidelines to mitigate the negative effects in the social and natural communities. It is this worry what carries us to identify new harmonious, tourist products with the needs of the conservation of the social and natural resources, and its commercialization duty as an economic real exit to the problems that bother the impacted zones.

One of the definitions of ecotourism, explains us that the ecotourism, is the travel activity to natural areas with an attitude of conservation of the environment that is observed, as well as the improvement for the welfare of the communities that should achieve a cultural and economic development. They implemented of the ecotourism in Latin America has different opinions among the world, because of the negative influence in the environment, by the wrong employment of these techniques, also the ecotourism had a positive influence in the communities, contributing in the economic development of the natural resources and the visiting communities. The ecotourism as tool of sustenable development, has great importance in the economy of the third world country’s, seams to be a viable option, and is shown that has more value in the conservation process, more than any another technique used in the management of the resources in the Latin-American countries. A wrong design can generate many problems, that’s why is necessary to establish, strong norms and laws, in order of the number of visitor, the planning of the farms and the kind of tourist that each zone can receive. The creation of protected areas, biological bridges emphasizes a great need, not alone for the tourist attraction, but also for the conservation of the environment. In this issue is important to stand up with the idea of the contribution that should exist among neighboring countries in regard to the sharing of protected areas, because should be an instrument of development of both countries. The ecotourism industry must ride by the hand of the support in the education and investigation, and that a remarkable amount of capital generated in tourism can be invested again in the zone. In Latin America this seems to be a big problem, because the amount of money that have developed for this activity have been invested in other activities, or simply they have been invested of an erroneous form. The ecotourism manages to develop communities, overturning the interest of the visitor toward the culture of the place, giving thus an instrument of development, so that the communities are benefited direct or indirectly of the arrival of tourists to the region.
I believe that is important to discuss the problems, one refers to the need of a good long-term planning, besides the lack of vision toward a long-term future, the changes of government as well as officials that are not prepared for the positions of command in zones where wants to develop the ecotourism. The loss of the rights of the settlers, like the extraction of the resources of the forest, which they have depended all its life generated polemics, but the fact is that if exist a good manage in the place, the settlers should be a part of this development, been the settlers the direct actor of the project, a very clear example of this idea are the poachers. They can become the best nature tour guide, because of the great knowledge of the forest that they have. Another problem is the lack of initiatives and national capital, they development of the ecotourism many times are carried out on part of foreigners, creating an obvious problem, since they take advantage of our resources and they manage to produce a capital that al final is not national, and in many occasions, is not invested again in the country. The construction of not adequate architecture for the environment generates also a great problem, many times are carried out projects under the idea or the name of ecotourism, but in reality they are contaminating or destroying the environment, and they give a bad idea to what really is ecotourism, by the circumstance of that utilize the idea to attract tourists, but in reality they are not carrying out ecotourism, they create a chaos feeding the animals so that the tourists can photograph them. The lack of training on the theme is one of the large problems, because there are not a large number of professionals in the area in the Latin-American countries.
